Employee Spotlight - Sarah Bunce

August is officially here which means that it is time for the next Splashtacular Employee Spotlight! Today we are excited to introduce you to Sarah Bunce, one of the fantastic project coordinators for our waterslides manufacturer!

Sarah has been with our waterslides manufacturer team for two years now after having been an end-user of our products during her time as an aquatics manager at a fitness facility. During her time with us, Sarah has done an amazing job for our waterslides manufacturer business and our clients. She works hard day after day to coordinate successful project execution and meet all of our crazy deadlines!

During her time not spent at the waterslides manufacturer headquarters, Sarah enjoys nothing more than spending time with her two boys and their pup. Get to know Sarah in her own words below!

How long have you been with Splashtacular and what initially drew you to the company? 

• I have been with Splashtacular for 2 years now. I originally started out as the Administrative
• Assistant, and got promoted to my current position. I previously worked as an Aquatics
• Manager at a fitness facility that had Splashtacular waterslides, so I was familiar with their
• product. After I saw the job posting and met the team, I was immediately sold on joining.

What does a day in your life at Splashtacular look like? 

Coordinating the delivery of all materials for projects, from the time we receive a contract, to the install.

What is your favorite thing about working at Splashtacular?

Knowing that I contribute to a product that will produce lifelong memories for families all over the world.

What is the most challenging part of your role? 

Pushing our vendors to make some crazy deadlines. Luckily we have amazing vendors that make sure we are always taken care of.

Where do you see Splashtacular in 5 years? 

Expanding our locations to some new and exciting places.

What is your best Splashtacular memory?

Seeing the first project I helped out with be featured in advertisements and commercials for that city.

Three words to describe Splashtacular: Fun, Unique, and Innovative.

What was your first job ever? Lifeguard!

Favorite Hobbies? Playing with my 2 sons, fishing, and going to Church.

Favorite Sports Team? Chiefs and KU, even though the Denver Broncos will always have a place in my heart.

Favorite Food? Anything BBQ.

One Fun Fact About Yourself! I have two little boys (ages 10 and 8) and a puppy that are my whole world!
